Orders and Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the item ordered. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders, but international shipping may take longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress.
Creating an account with us is easy! Simply click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of our website. Fill in the required details, including your name, email address, and password, and you’ll be ready to enjoy all the benefits of having an account, such as faster checkout, order tracking, and more.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@duraspace.shop. We can update your address as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also log into your account and view your order status for updates.
We take your privacy and security seriously. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways, and your sensitive data is protected by encryption.
Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and is required by law in some regions. The appropriate sales tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
We ship to most countries worldwide! If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, simply enter your shipping address during checkout, and our system will let you know if we can deliver to that destination.
We aim to ship your items in as few packages as possible. However, depending on the size, weight, and availability of your items, it’s possible that your order may arrive in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Be sure to include your order number and a description of the incorrect item. We will resolve the issue by sending you the correct item or issuing a refund, depending on your preference.
We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@duraspace.shop and provide photos of the damaged item(s) and your order number. We’ll assist you with a replacement or a refund, based on your choice.

We can assist with changes or cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped. Once it’s in transit, changes may not be possible.
If an item is sold out, we may offer the option to pre-order it if it’s available for future restock. Please contact us at contact@duraspace.shop to inquire about pre-ordering, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible and when the item will be available again.
